Receiving Manager  Job Summary  Join SCF, a technology-led 3PL in Lindon, Utah, as an Receiving Manager earning $60,000-$70,000 annually. Lead a high-performance team in a system-driven environment focused on accuracy and continuous improvement.  What You'll Do 

• Lead daily inbound operations including receiving, replenishment, transfers, cycle counts, returns, and quality control
• Plan weekly labor schedules based on customer forecasts and translate volumes into staffing requirements
• Maintain 99.7% inventory accuracy through strict SOPs, audits, and corrective action protocols
• Manage up to 6 direct reports with structured weekly training and performance development
• Champion warehouse management systems and drive adoption of technology solutions
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with productivity trend analysis
• Prepare business cases up to $50k and evaluate ROI for operational improvements
• Ensure health and safety compliance while maintaining team morale and engagement

 What You Bring Required:

• 3+ years warehousing or logistics experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Proven ability to plan operations and manage labor resources effectively
• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, charts, and data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication with disciplined follow-through
• High IT aptitude and willingness to learn system-led processes

 Preferred:

• 3PL or inventory-intensive environment experience
• Warehouse management system experience (PaT or similar)
• Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
• Commercial judgment and business case presentation skills
