This role is responsible for accurate order fulfillment, maintaining inventory records, and operating warehouse equipment safely. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an active warehouse environment. If this sounds like you, apply today!    WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE JOB DUTIES:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain precise lot traceability and inventory documentation.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in accordance with company procedures.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and finished products.
• Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Communicate effectively with Warehouse Supervisor and team members.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Complete required documentation accurately.

  WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:   

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with warehouse management or ERP systems desired.
• Forklift certification required (training provided if needed).
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Preferred Certifications:

• Forklift certification required (training provided if needed).

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Push/pull more than 1,000 pounds using a pallet jack.
• Lift at least 50 pounds independently.
• Bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching for extended periods.
