Spray Dryer Operator Job Summary Join our flavor manufacturing team as a Spray Dryer Operator in Salt Lake City, earning $18.00/hour with weekly pay and immediate start available. You'll operate impressive 25-foot spray dryers that transform liquid flavors into powder in a precision manufacturing environment. What You'll Do 

• Operate large-scale spray dryer equipment to convert liquid flavors into powder form
• Measure raw ingredients with precision accuracy (to 0.001 gram) for batch consistency
• Transfer materials to dryers and load finished products into packaging
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper maintenance protocols
• Maintain accurate chemical inventory and participate in quality control processes
• Follow food safety policies including SQF, HACCP, and SOP standards
• Control production costs by minimizing scrap and waste
• Assist with shipping/receiving, inventory control, and facility cleaning as needed

 What You Bring Required:

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with precision measuring
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and safety procedures
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards
• Reliable attendance for Monday-Saturday schedule

 Preferred:

• Previous manufacturing or equipment operation experience
• Understanding of inventory control processes
