Warehouse Forklift Operator Job Summary We're hiring an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator in West Valley with competitive $24/hour pay and an excellent 4-on/4-off rotation schedule. Join our team operating forklifts in a fast-moving distribution environment where your skills directly impact our daily operations. What You'll Do 

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move products throughout the warehouse facility
• Load and unload delivery trucks with accuracy and efficiency
• Transport materials between storage areas, staging zones, and loading docks
• Maintain accurate inventory counts during product movement
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
• Communicate with warehouse team and truck drivers to coordinate schedules

 What You Bring Required:

• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification quickly
• 1+ years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail for accurate product handling

 Preferred:

• Experience with sit-down counterbalance forklifts
• Previous loading dock or shipping/receiving experience
• Warehouse management system (WMS) familiarity
