Tool Maintenance Tech Job Summary Join our bicycle manufacturing team in Ogden as a Tool Maintenance Tech earning $23.20/hour with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM schedule. You'll be the expert keeping our molds and tooling running smoothly to produce high-quality bicycle rims, frames, and components. What You'll Do 

• Prepare new molds and tooling for production startup
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on manufacturing molds and tooling
• Monitor process studies and investigate any production deviations
• Execute repairs on molds and tooling to minimize downtime
• Record detailed maintenance data and track equipment performance
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets for equipment records and tracking
• Cross-train in other department areas to support production needs
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment

 What You Bring Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude
• Experience using hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment
• Computer skills including basic Microsoft Excel
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varying temperatures

 Preferred:

• Technical school training or machinist certification
• Composites manufacturing experience
• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge
• Familiarity with manufacturing chemicals and safety protocols
