Bilingual HR & Payroll Specialist Job Summary Join our South Salt Lake team as a Bilingual HR & Payroll Specialist earning $33.65/hour with a Monday-Friday day schedule. We need an experienced HR professional who can provide bilingual support to our diverse workforce while managing full-cycle payroll and employee relations. What You'll Do 

• Process complete payroll cycles for all employees including wage calculations, tax filings, and deductions
• Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate payroll records
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish
• Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing bilingual employee support
• Assist with recruitment activities and candidate screening
• Maintain compliance with federal and state HRIS regulations
• Partner with managers to resolve employee relations matters
• Provide bilingual training and documentation in English and Spanish

 What You Bring Required:

• 3-5 years of HR experience or Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration
• Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)
• Experience with payroll processing, tax reporting, and wage calculations
• Knowledge of employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, and OSHA

 Preferred:

• Full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems
• Experience with employee benefits administration
