• Lead and direct a landscape crew through daily operations and project completion
• Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and project specifications
• Operate small equipment including skid steers, mini excavators, and hand tools
• Coordinate crew activities to ensure quality workmanship and project timelines
• Communicate with clients, supervisors, and team members in English and Spanish
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on all job sites
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and procedures
• Inspect completed work to maintain company quality standards

 What You Bring Required:

• 2+ years of landscape or construction crew leadership experience
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints
• Experience operating small landscape equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

 Preferred:

• Foreman or supervisory experience in landscaping
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and hardscape installation
• First Aid/CPR certification
