Powder Coating Operator Job Summary Join our team as a Powder Coating Operator in Ogden, earning $19/hour with opportunities to start immediately! Work Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM for a leading truck and SUV suspension manufacturer that's the #1 preferred choice for leveling kits and lift kits. What You'll Do 

• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and blasting parts to specification
• Apply powder coating using spray guns and automated equipment, ensuring even coverage and proper thickness
• Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and adherence to manufacturing specifications
• Operate curing ovens to properly set powder coating according to product and material requirements
• Maintain and clean spray guns, booths, filters, and ovens to prevent contamination and ensure proper functioning
• Handle parts weighing up to 70 pounds throughout your shift
• Work with suspension components including leveling kits, lift kits, and off-road suspension systems

 What You Bring Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for majority of 10.5-hour shift
• Strong English reading, writing, and comprehension skills
• Positive attitude and reliability

 Preferred:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Experience with coating or finishing processes
