Day Inspector Job SummaryWe're hiring a Day Inspector for our Salt Lake City recycling facility at $18/hour. This outdoor role offers steady Monday-Friday hours with no weekends, perfect for someone who prefers working outside over being stuck indoors. What You'll Do

• Direct vehicle traffic safely through our drive-through recycling center
• Classify and sort different types of metals and materials
• Assist customers with material drop-offs and explain acceptance policies
• Operate small equipment including forklifts when needed
• Perform general labor tasks like sweeping, shoveling, and site cleanup
• Move supplies and materials throughout the facility
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

 What You Bring Required:

• Ability to pass background check and drug test
• Steel toe boots with puncture-resistant soles
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and move materials regularly

 Preferred:

• Forklift or small equipment operating experience
• General labor or light construction background
• Customer service experience

 Schedule & ShiftMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pay & Compensation$18.00 per hour This position is primarily outdoors at an unheated warehouse facility. You'll be exposed to metal debris, dust, and varying weather conditions.
