Sanitation Technician Job SummaryJoin one of Utah's fastest-growing food companies as a Sanitation Technician in American Fork, earning $17/hour with a 4-day work week. This Thursday-Sunday position offers excellent training and weekly pay every Friday. What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize all food production equipment and machinery according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations and production areas during downtime
• Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
• Monitor equipment during cleaning cycles to ensure proper operation
• Load and measure raw ingredients into mixers following company recipes
• Remove finished products from production lines and move to packaging areas
• Inspect products for quality standards including size, shape, and appearance
• Operate shut-off switches and respond to equipment alarms when necessary

 What You Bring Required:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to stand for full 10.5-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attendance record and punctuality
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards

 Preferred:

• Previous packaging or food production experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities
