Warehouse Associate Job Summary Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in a clean, organized facility earning $16/hour with Monday-Friday day shift hours. We're looking for reliable team members who take pride in accurate, efficient warehouse operations. What You'll Do 

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Put away inventory in designated locations using proper warehouse organization
• Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and accuracy
• Prepare orders for shipment and stage them in dispatch areas
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy
• Maintain 5S standards to keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and report any damages, discrepancies, or hazards

 What You Bring Required:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Basic English communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

 Preferred:

• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems
