Demolder Job Summary Join our team as a Demolder in Salt Lake City and earn $20-$23 per hour creating high-quality architectural products. We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and want to be part of a team-driven operation where how you work matters as much as what you produce. What You'll Do 

• Safely remove cured GFRC, fiberglass, and specialty material parts from molds while maintaining product integrity
• Inspect demolded parts for defects, surface issues, and quality standards before moving to next production phase
• Clean, lubricate, and prepare molds for reuse while checking for wear or damage that needs repair
• Trim excess material using hand tools and ensure parts meet specifications
• Load and unload curing ovens following temperature and timing guidelines
• Lift, move, and stage finished products up to 100 lbs using proper techniques and equipment
• Maintain organized work areas following 6S principles and safety protocols
• Communicate quality issues and support teammates in achieving daily production goals

 What You Bring Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods in a production environment
• Capability to lift up to 100 lbs with or without assistance
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded approach to work

 Preferred:

• Manufacturing, precast, fiberglass, or machine operation experience
• Familiarity with quality inspection processes
• Previous experience in team-oriented production environments
