Your Employment Solutions (YES) Referral Program Eligibility Requirements:
An eligible “Referred Person” is an individual you refer to Your Employment Solutions for employment opportunities and who:
- Is a new applicant to Your Employment Solutions (YES); or not currently on assignment through Your Employment Solutions at the time of the referral, and;
- Attends an in-office interview with a Your Employment Solutions (YES) staff member
An eligible “Referrer” is an individual who refers/recommends another person to apply with Your Employment Solutions (YES). Additional qualifiers that must be met by the referrer include:
- Be 18 years of age or older; and
- Contact information (phone and/or email) for the Referrer must be provided to Your Employment Solutions via the YES mobile app, www.youremploymentsolutions.com/refer, www.workwithyes.com, or to a Your Employment Solutions internal employee (branch staff) by the Referred Person prior to beginning an assignment with Your Employment Solutions
Publicity. Participation in the Your Employment Solutions (YES) Referral Program constitutes permission to use name and likeness of winners in Your Employment Solutions (YES) promotional and marketing efforts, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Your Employment Solutions (YES) reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the program if, in Your Employment Solutions’ sole discretion, it reasonably believes the participant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the program through dishonest acts, fraud, deception, or other unfair playing practices or annoys, abuses, threatens or harasses any other entrants or Your Employment Solutions (YES). No prize substitution may be made except at the sole discretion of YES, and prize(s) are not transferrable. Program requirements and rules can be updated by YES at any time.
Right to cancel. If, for any reason, the program is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, any suspected evidence of tampering or technological corruption or if any portion of the program is compromised by virus, bugs, worms or unauthorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond Your Employment Solutions’ control which, in its sole opinion, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the program, Your Employment Solutions (YES) reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the program at its sole discretion. All decisions made by YES shall be final.
